If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, company name, email address and message. If you use the calculator, we store your answers and the calculated indication. For every visit to the website we also log the IP address and chosen language, solely to keep anonymised visitor statistics (for example: how many unique visitors a page had).

This website uses only one cookie: a functional cookie that remembers which language you last viewed the site in (valid for 1 year). This cookie is necessary for the site to work properly and contains no personal data.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics or Facebook). No cookie consent is requested for advertising purposes, because we don't use any.

We use your data solely to: get in touch with you following your message or calculator request, prepare an intake conversation and quote, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We never sell or share your data with external parties for commercial purposes. To send emails from the contact form, we use the Mailjet service; they process this data solely on our behalf, as a processor, and do not use it for their own purposes.

We only share data when legally required to do so.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for. If you'd like us to delete your data sooner, feel free to contact us.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use. Please contact us via the email address below. You also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Your data is stored in a secured database. The admin section of the website is password-protected, so only authorised people can access this data.
